Job DetailsLevel: Experienced Job Location: APRIL DAL - Dallas, TX 75207 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $110,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Category: Construction The Department Manager for the Pro Xpress Division is responsible for ensuring that Valcourt consistently meets and exceeds client expectations on all projects under $25,000. These projects include emergency temporary repairs, leak investigations and repairs, and other small-scale scopes of work performed by the company. The Department Manager will lead the Pro Xpress team in delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a client-centered culture that reflects Valcourt's core values and commitment to quality, safety, and integrity.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Culture
  • Create and maintain a positive, service-driven culture within the Pro Xpress team.
  • Ensure that every client interaction reinforces Valcourt's brand, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all team members.
Client Experience
  • Oversee all client interactions from initial contact through final payment to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Operational Management
