About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our CAD and Project Management teams and drive excellence in design, execution, and product quality. This role is critical in ensuring that engineering outputs are accurate, manufacturable, and aligned with customer expectations and operational capabilities.

You'll play a key role in shaping engineering standards, improving processes, and supporting both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop the CAD and Project Management teams, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, documentation practices, and quality expectations
  • Ensure alignment between engineering design, customer requirements, and manufacturing execution
  • Review and validate engineering drawings and documentation for accuracy and feasibility
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams on specifications and requirements
  • Partner with production and supply chain to resolve design challenges and improve manufacturability
  • Drive improvements in key metrics such as submittal accuracy, turnaround time, and rework reduction
  • Support new product development and optimization of existing designs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and design requirements
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability 
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or construction-related industries
