We are a growing global company with locations around the world, from Vancouver to Shanghai and everywhere in between. We owe our success to our innovative products, our commitment to our people, and the meaningful connections we build within our communities.

About This Team

The Security Platforms team within Cloud Infrastructure is responsible for delivering foundational security capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions across lululemon's global enterprise. This team partners closely with Security Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Architecture, and Application Development teams to drive strategic security initiatives and platform adoption. The team is focused on strengthening lululemon's security posture through modern identity, authentication, secrets management, and credential security capabilities. As the Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple technical and business stakeholders, ensuring security platform initiatives are delivered successfully while aligning to enterprise priorities and long-term technology strategy.

A Day in the Life

As a Technical Program Manager – Security Platforms, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on Identity and Secrets Management. You will oversee initiatives holistically, driving alignment across engineering teams, security stakeholders, and business partners to ensure successful planning, execution, and adoption. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic security platform initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, and delivery plans.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between Security Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Architecture, and Application teams.
  • Facilitate program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communications.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Partner with technical teams to support the implementation and adoption of secrets management and identity security solutions.
  • Drive planning, prioritization, and execution activities across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ensure security initiatives align with enterprise architecture, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
  • Establish program reporting and KPIs to measure adoption, operational maturity, and business value.
  • Facilitate workshops, roadmap reviews, status meetings, and decision-making forums across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support organizational change management and adoption efforts related to security platform implementations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Product Management, or a related technology leadership role.
  • Experience leading medium-to-large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong experience with roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication.
  • Experience working within Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Security, or Enterprise Technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives, technical constraints, and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Secrets Management, Authentication, or Security Platform initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions.
  • Experience with technologies such as:
  • HashiCorp Vault
  • CyberArk
  • AWS Secrets Manager
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Google Secret Manager
  • Understanding of authentication, credential management, service accounts, certificates, privileged access, and identity security concepts.
  • Experience supporting cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOC2.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with distributed technology teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Successfully driving strategic Identity and Secrets Management initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Maintaining alignment across Security, Infrastructure, Platform, and Application teams.
  • Providing clear program visibility, governance, and risk management to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Enabling secure and scalable platform capabilities that support lululemon's growing technology ecosystem.
  • Driving adoption and operational maturity across key security platforms and services.

Must Haves

  • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same.
  • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working.
