Through collaboration we provide tools, analytics, and enhancements that ensure we deliver and maintain premium retail environments across North America. core responsibilities This role is responsible for managing core milestones and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Real Estate projects on time and on budget.

You see the big picture and understand what it takes to be successful. Analyzing and mitigating potential risk, tracking milestones, and reporting to working groups and leadership teams alike. Accountable for proactive date management of all core deliverables and milestones across departments for New Store Openings, Optimizations, and Renovations Responsible for developing and implementing template schedules and workback plans to hit critical objectives Responsible for weekly status updates including developing and maintaining any custom tracking, reporting, or presentations as required Advise on project risks and escalate in a timely manor Coordinate stakeholders as needed to ensure project success Lead weekly Real Estate action calls with cross functional stakeholders Lead monthly reviews with Store Development leadership team to review project trends, learnings, and any calls to action Manage special projects/ assignments as required by Store Development leadership team qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or retail development Highly motivated, detail orientated, and dependable Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external business partners Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Entrepreneurial spirit and an ego-less nature Proficient with MS Office Suite - Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint + PowerBI Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/ university PMP certification preferred must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,000-$147,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
