Who We Are

Pizza Ranch Inc., started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in signature pizzas & The Country's Best Chicken, fresh salads, desserts, and convenient delivery and take-out options. In 2006, we leveled up the experience by introducing FunZone Arcades-in-restaurant entertainment featuring the latest games and prize redemption. Since then, we've been on a rapid expansion path with more than 220 locations across 15 states, and many of them now feature FunZone Arcades.

Our Vision is "To glorify God by positively impacting the world" and our Mission is "To give every guest a legendary experience". At Pizza Ranch, we believe that we have a unique opportunity to establish every Pizza Ranch as a business ministry opportunity where our guests receive a legendary experience through focused hospitality with legendary food and family fun; and where we take a positive leadership position in the communities we serve. We are proud of our Vision and Mission, and it is woven into all aspects of our organization.

Pizza Ranch is committed to making a positive impact no matter how big or small so that each person leaves a little better off, because of the genuine care and concern we give to our guests, team members and communities. • Assist in maintaining inventory of all needed supplies (Dough Pull Sheet, Prep Planner, and Salad Bar Stock)
  • Follow and verify that checklists are utilized for each shift
  • Assist the management team to cut waste, decrease costs and improve profits.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and guest service skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Completed the Certified Trainer program on Pizza Ranch University
