Who We Are

Pizza Ranch Inc., started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in signature pizzas & The Country's Best Chicken, fresh salads, desserts, and convenient delivery and take-out options. In 2006, we leveled up the experience by introducing FunZone Arcades-in-restaurant entertainment featuring the latest games and prize redemption. Since then, we've been on a rapid expansion path with more than 220 locations across 15 states, and many of them now feature FunZone Arcades.

Responsibilities:

All our Team Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. No matter what position you work in, you will play an important part in giving every guest a legendary experience. Below you will find details about each specific role that you can apply for.

Front of House- In this position, you will show Service from the Heart and provide a Comfortable Environment for our guests. Front of House team members greet and assist our guests with anything they may need, assist guests at the Point of Sale, maintain our full and fresh buffets, maintain cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms and take orders over the phone.

Back of House- In this position, you will be responsible for making our Cravable Food. Back of House team members are responsible for food preparation and safety, order accuracy, kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining the dish area.

FunZone Attendant- In this position, you will be one of the team members interacting with our guests within our FunZone Arcades. As a FunZone Attendant, you will bring excitement and enthusiasm while ensuring that our FunZone is a clean, fun and positive environment. You will be responsible for guest hospitality and safety, guest relations, FunZone Point of Sale transactions, FunZone cleanliness and Prize Counter upkeep. 

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
• Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests
• Restaurant or Retail experience preferred but not required
