JOB STATUS:Full time (40 hours/week), 12 Months Per Year starting As Soon As Possible

As the Energy Assistance Program Assistant Manager, you'll help families access critical resources, support program operations, and lead a team that makes a lasting impact in our communities.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead Program Operations: Support EAP, ERR,and Crisis programs while assisting with staffsupervision and training.
  • Assist Households in Crisis: Determine eligibilityand connect families with emergency energyassistance.
  • Build Community Partnerships: Work with vendors, contractors, and local agencies tosupport participants.
  • Maintain Program Compliance: Manage documentation, reporting, and program requirements.
  • Support Staff Development: Help train, coach, and guide team members.
  • Promote Program Awareness: Participate in outreach and education efforts throughoutthe service area.

Familiarity with heating systems and terminology.
