ROLE SUMMARY

The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple high visibility transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, bringing structure, governance, and execution discipline to complex programs that have broad organizational impact.

The Program Manager will oversee several interconnected workstreams, ensuring priorities remain aligned, risks are addressed proactively, and initiatives progress according to strategic objectives. This individual must be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, building processes where needed, and driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead multiple cross functional programs supporting enterprise transformation initiatives

• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps that align priorities, dependencies, and key milestones across workstreams

• Drive execution of strategic initiatives including operational improvements, risk remediation efforts, and market expansion programs

• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to establish priorities and ensure successful program delivery

• Identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness

• Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while providing proactive solutions

• Deliver clear governance, status reporting, and executive level communications to stakeholders

• Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution of program objectives

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs or large scale transformation initiatives

• Proven success managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast paced and evolving business environments

• Strong program management expertise including roadmap development, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

• Experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement, organizational change, or strategic growth initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions

• Experience presenting program updates, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing business needs

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills across all organizational levels

• Confident leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and deliver results
