DataSync is immediately hiring for Senior Modernization Program Manager

Full time Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Location Atlanta, GA

Work Arrangement- Hybrid

Interview Type - Either Web Cam or In Person

The Ideal candidate will have at least 15+ years of experience as a project Manager/Program Manager with Modernization and legacy platform and holding certification of (PMP), PMI-ACP and PgMP.

Responsibilities

  • Experience managing large-scale IT modernization or enterprise system implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing government IT modernization initiatives, preferably in unemployment insurance, workforce systems, or human services.
  • Experience coordinating development, system testing, data migration, and implementation readiness activities.
  • Large-scale IT modernization program management.
  • System Implementation vendor management
  • Familiarity with federal certification processes and readiness expectations for UI systems
  • Experience managing cloud-based or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Experience working with public sector program governance and executive oversight structures.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification. (MUST have ACTIVE CERTIFICATION)
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) (MUST have ACTIVE CERTIFICATION)
  • Experience Unemployment Insurance (UI) systems for Benefits, Tax, and Appeals operations.
