We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise programs and drive successful delivery outcomes across global teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience managing customer relationships, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs in fast-paced environments.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading organization in the Financial Services and Payments domain, driving strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Ensure successful execution of projects while maintaining scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to align delivery objectives with organizational goals.
  • Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and delivery performance.
  • Lead stakeholder communications and facilitate executive-level discussions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Client Delivery Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs and distributed global teams.
