About the Role

If you love turning complex event plans into seamless, successful experiences, this role is for you. As a Program Manager, you'll lead meetings from kickoff through reconciliation, partnering with clients, teammates, and vendors to keep every detail on track. You'll be the go-to person for budgets, logistics, compliance, and communication, making sure each program runs smoothly and delivers real value. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys owning the process, solving problems, and bringing order to fast-moving projects.

You're Good At

• Managing multiple meetings at once while keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables organized and on track
• Building strong client and vendor relationships, including sourcing venues and negotiating contracts with confidence
• Working in a detail-focused, compliance-minded environment where accuracy and follow-through really matter
• Communicating clearly with clients, hotel partners, and internal teams to align on logistics, expectations, and milestones
• Staying calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and delivering a high level of service from planning through onsite execution

You Might Also Have

• 3+ years of experience in meeting or event planning
• Experience managing budgets, reviewing invoices, and completing full program reconciliation
• A college degree, or comparable experience in events, hospitality, or a related field
• International program experience and strong destination or travel industry knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Cvent

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
