Salary range (but not limited to):

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role

TheInfrastructure Program Managercoordinates multi-yearinfrastructure initiatives acrossOnPremandcloudenvironments.Reporting to the Director,Cloud Infrastructure Program Delivery and Cloud Strategy, this roleprovides program structure, visibility, governance, and stakeholder alignmenttoensurepriorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery progressare clearlymanaged.

What you'll do here:

  • Coordinate delivery of multiple infrastructure initiatives across on-prem and cloud, with clear ownership, milestones, and accountability.

  • Maintain program governance: integrated plans/roadmaps, dependencies, risks/issues, decisions, and consistent reporting/escalation.

  • Support multi-year roadmap planning aligned to modernization, cloud adoption, operational readiness, funding, and capacity; facilitate planning and governance sessions.

  • Oversee infrastructure programs including modernization, cloud foundations, migrations, hybrid operating models, and operational transition.

  • Align stakeholders across infrastructure, platform, operations, architecture, cybersecurity, finance, vendors, and business teams; run leadership updates and working sessions.

  • Manage risk and value by tracking and escalating risks/dependencies, supporting mitigation, documenting decisions, and capturing outcomes/lessons learned (resilience, cost, adoption, improvements).

What you bring to the table:

  • 8 to 10 years experience in IT and at least 4 years experience managing or coordinating complex technology programs with multiple concurrent initiatives, workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery timelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Certifications in Program/Project Management, Agile/SAFe, ITIL, or Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are considered assets.

  • Experience supporting OnPrem, cloud, hybrid, modernization, or large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive governance, follow-up, alignment, and executive visibility across multi-year programs.

  • Strong program management discipline, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk management, governance, and executive reporting.

  • Good understanding of OnPrem and cloud infrastructure, including data center, network, compute, storage, operations, landing zones, migrations, modernization, and hybrid operating models.

  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear program updates, decisions, risks, and actions for senior leaders and business stakeholders.

  • Structured, disciplined, and comfortable managing ambiguity across long-running programs with evolving priorities and multiple contributors.

  • Strong facilitation, relationship-building, negotiation, stakeholder management

  • [Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice-to-Have (Optional)

  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, portfolio management, financial tracking, vendor coordination, or benefits realization.

  • Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, Mural, or Miro.

  • Experience working in regulated industries or large, federated organizations with complex governance and stakeholder environments.
