Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Sr. Manager, Integration Program Management (Location Des Moines, IA)
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Strategy the Sr. Manager, Integration Program Management (Location Des Moines, IA) is responsible for planning, executing, and governing complex integration initiatives to ensure successful business integration, realization of targeted synergies, and timely construction and operational ramp-up of a new facility.
What a typical day looks like:
  • Lead end-to-end integration execution across operational, commercial, financial, people-related, and IT workstreams.
  • Ensure alignment between integration activities and overall corporate strategy and value-creation objectives.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for integration progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define, validate, and quantify integration synergies (cost, revenue, and operational).
  • Translate synergy targets into executable initiatives with clear owners, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Track, report, and validate synergy realization against targets; proactively address gaps and risks.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights to optimize integration decisions and resource allocation.
  • Lead operational readiness planning for facility start-up, including staffing, equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Coordinate commissioning, testing, and handoff from construction to operations.
  • Ensure smooth ramp-up to targeted production or service levels while maintaining quality, safety, and cost expectations.
  • Support stabilization efforts post-launch to achieve steady-state performance.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executives, functional leaders, and site leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies are managed and priorities are aligned.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates for senior leadership, including dashboards, risk assessments, and decision materials.
  • Manage external vendors, consultants, and partners involved in integration or construction activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team,
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 8 -12 years of experience in project management, integration management, operations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in Operational ramp - ups.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional integration programs, ideally in an M&A or expansion context.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, synergies, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (preferred.
