Compensation typically starts at the federal minimum wage, with some roles offering higher pay depending on the complexity of the responsibilities and required skills.

Students may engage in various roles such as clerical support, data entry, customer service, event coordination, lab assistance, tutoring, or food service. These positions are carefully curated to build foundational workplace competencies-including communication, organization, adaptability, discretion, and technical proficiency.
