Role summary
The Global Program Manager, GSI Partnerships is responsible for operationalizing NiCE's global engagement model for strategic GSIs. This role will ensure alignment between the global and regional teams of NiCE's strategic GSI partners and the NiCE global and regional GTM teams, internal functions, and executive stakeholders to increase the speed and consistency of the partner motion and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, agile, strategically minded, and able to gain consensus and drive action across a lean, cross-functional environment to achieve the stated partnership objectives.
What you will do
• Help define regional and global partner-specific investment and growth plans for NiCE's strategic GSI partnerships.
• Build and maintain the global operating model for strategic GSIs, including maintaining regular global and regional meeting cadence, program governance, and objective execution tracking.
• Track 30/60/90-day execution objectives and translate them into clear workstreams, milestones, and owners.
• Create and maintain a global RACI, org chart, and regional alignment matrix.
• Coordinate closely with regional partner leadership, partner AEs, partner success, enablement, sales, product, and support.
• Drive preparation and follow-up for regular global GSI calls, including agendas, action items, escalation paths, and executive summaries.
• Identify partner capability gaps, NiCE organizational gaps, and internal resourcing requirements necessary to scale the strategic GSI motion.
• Manage program reporting, KPI tracking, and executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Build repeatable assets and processes that improve partner activation, enablement, and internal coordination.
Required qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, alliances, strategic partnerships, or cross-functional program management.
• Experience working with global enterprise partners, ideally GSIs or large consulting firms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple teams, time zones, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rapidly evolving environments and building structure from scratch.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience supporting partner motions in enterprise software, CX, contact center, AI, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with GSI business models, co-sell motions, and enablement.
• Experience building operating cadences, governance forums, and performance dashboards.
• Background in partner enablement, partner success, or partner operations
