The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Supervisory Program Management Specialist for Production Support within the 802d Maintenance Support Squadron performs scheduling, planning, and metrology support for all Precision Measurement Equipment Lab (PMEL) and Physical Sciences operations. Exercises 1st level technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more of duty time over subordinate employees predominately in the General Administrative, Clerical, and Office Services Group and journey level or higher. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and logistics related objectives. Participates in special logistics related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Identifies the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships.

4. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
