P&G has an opportunity for aSenior Flavorist to work in our North America Oral Care businessto developgroundbreaking new taste experiences for our diverse product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute strategies in the flavors team
• Identify, lead, and create developments in new formulations, ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products
• Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning
• Work under limited supervision, following defined precedents and policies
• Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related field
• Fully Certified Flavor Chemist
• Proven experience in the Flavors & Fragrances industry
• Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements and ability to act accordingly
• Some travel domestically and potentially internationally.
• Working hours between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with flexible start time between 7-9 a.m.)
• At least 3 days per week working from our Mason, OH office.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in OC flavor formulation creation
• Experience in mint flavors and compositions.
