With over 1,000 employees across Florida, we are expanding our Landscape Construction (Install) division. We are looking for hardworking individuals who don't just "mow and blow," but who want to build the foundations of beautiful outdoor spaces.

Your role will involve the heavy lifting of landscape transformationsinstalling hardscapes, planting large-scale greenery, and ensuring our materials get to the site safely.

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN TAMPA, FL

  • Heavy Equipment Prep: Utilize power tools and heavy machinery such as skid steers, trenchers, and chainsaws safely and effectively.
  • Site Preparation: Grade soil, dig trenches, and clear land to prepare for new layouts.
  • Material Management: Load and unload heavy materials (rocks, mulch, pallets of sod) and ensure the job site remains organized and safe.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the high standards Sunrise is known for, ensuring every plant is level and every stone is set right.
What You Bring to the Table
  • The ideal candidate is a "pro" in the field who enjoys seeing a project through from dirt to completion.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or general outdoor construction.
  • Driving Record: A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required for this role. Experience pulling a trailer is a major plus.

  • Reliability: A "team-first" attitude with a track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
What we offer:

  • Pay: $18$19 per hour (depending on experience and driving qualifications).
  • Time Off: Paid Vacation and Sick Time.
  • Future Security: 401k Savings Plan with Employer Match.
  • Health: Comprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits.
  • Perks: Paid Holidays and an Employee Referral Bonus Program.
