Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Sr. Graphic Designer in Moorpark, CA. The Senior Graphic Designer develops innovative visual concepts and high-impact designs for a premier industry tradeshow brand, supporting everything from pre-event marketing to on-site environmental signage. The ideal candidate brings over eight years of experience in multi-channel brand execution, combining expert technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite with a strategic approach to marketing objectives.

Job Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 Annually BOE

Responsibilities:

  • Develop inventive design concepts based on creative briefs to meet marketing objectives and audience needs.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across print, digital, video, and environmental assets.
  • Design high-impact layouts for tradeshow graphics, large-format signage, and promotional collateral.
  • Create visual storytelling assets through video editing and motion graphics.
  • Prepare professional mechanicals and prepress files while providing technical direction to print vendors.
  • Manage complex project schedules and budgets using project management tools like Asana.
  • Research competitive landscapes and design trends to ensure cost-efficient and fresh creative solutions.
  • Proofread and quality-check all creative deliverables prior to release to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • BA, BS, or BFA in Design or a related field.
