  • Be the face of SEI Practice Management at Stratos, building strong relationships with Stratos leadership and advisors and representing SEI's full suite of practice management capabilities.

  • Coordinate with SEI's Practice Management team to connect Stratos advisors with the right SEI consultants, tools, programs, and resources to support their ability to grow, scale, and evolve their businesses.

  • Own the strategy and execution of how SEI strategically supports Stratos as a partner over time-identifying opportunities, aligning resources, and measuring impact.

  • Serve as the internal voice of Stratos within SEI, ensuring Stratos advisor needs, feedback, and priorities are represented in how Practice Management builds and delivers its offering.

  • Partner with SEI Advisor Services, Sales, Relationship Management, and Marketing teams to coordinate a seamless, high-quality experience for Stratos advisors.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience helping financial advisors grow their businesses through roles in consulting, coaching, practice management, marketing, business development, or leadership within advisory firms.
