Ensure equipment functions effectively and efficiently, is properly maintained and operates safely within design limitations. Shift work is required.## **Responsibilities*** Responsible for operating the natural gas processing plant with minimal supervision.* Able to recognize major plant upsets and respond to same in a safe a proper manner.* Monitors pressure levels, gauges and product flows.* Adjusts plant conditions.* Ability to operate pumps, heat exchangers, compressors and other equipment as needed.* Performs routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.* Other duties as assigned.## **Qualifications*** Three to five years of plant operator experience.* Experience in oil and gas preferred.* Able to work alone on a shift schedule.## **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*** Excellent troubleshooting skills.* Proficient with Mustang designated standards.* Good crisis management skills.* Have strong multi-taking skills.* Be results-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work.* Be forward-thinking with the ability to think creatively and help develop recommended solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
