\n A dynamic leader and supplier of industrial scaffolding, painting, coating, and rope access services is looking to grow their Operations Leadership Team with the addition of a Heavy Industrial Project Manager.ย

\n The company is backed by a Private Equity Firm that has combined a conglomerate of industrial services companies focused on maintenance, construction, and turnaround projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industrial sectors.ย This is a FULL\-TIME position that will be based out the Grovetown, GA areaย (relocation assistance available).<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Heavy Industrial Project Manager \/ Plant Manager \- Develops and manages project budgets, performs cost estimation, and manages invoicing & receivables across various projects
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Heavy Industrial Project Manager \/ Plant Manager \-ย <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains project schedules and allocates labor based on overall project needs
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Heavy Industrial Project Manager \/ Plant Manager \-ย <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains compliance between project operations and the clients' design specifications
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Heavy Industrial Project Manager \/ Plant Manager \-ย <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage projects of various sizes and scope with up to 30+ individuals

  • Heavy Industrial Project Manager \/ Plant Manager \-ย <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create, monitor, and enforce OSHA safety regulations across various scaffolding, abatement, and general industrial projectsย

  • Heavy Industrial Project Manager \/ Plant Manager \- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain familiarity with OSHA, NCCER, and ISNetworld regulations pertaining to day to day project operations

    • 10+ years in the industrial construction industry managing scaffolding, painting, blasting, abatement or similar projects
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous experience supervising various heavy industrial or soft craft projects (Pulp & Paper, Scaffolding, O&G, Petrochemicals...etc)ย with teams of 30+ individuals
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of budget, quality control, labor allocation, and invoicing & receivables
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Must understand pricing, billing, and project cost to completion \- Project Controls and scheduling experience is a HUGE plus
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of OSHA, NCCER, and ISNetworld construction safety regulationsย 
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong background in Project Management supporting soft Craft Services, Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Construction, and\/or PE backed organizations<\/span><\/span><\/span>ย <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous experience managing large scale construction, scaffolding, painting, coating, abatement, or similar projects
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Educational background \/ industry experience in <\/span><\/span><\/span>construction management, site management, plant construction operations, engineering, or a related technical field \- Preferred
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Understanding of current heavy industrial construction and general industry safety regulations in the sectorย (Pulp & Paper, Scaffolding, O&G, Petrochemicals...etc)
