FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days + call, Schedule: Variable

Compensation is based on Years of Experience, and ranges from $428K-$470K.

Position Summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's is seeking a board eligible/board certified Pediatric Cardiologist with cardiac imaging expertise to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive group practice in Washington. This position includes work in the Children's Hospital along with outpatient clinics. Providers at MultiCare are recognized as being among the best in the Northwest Region. Responsibilities

  • Physician shall evaluate, treat and provide follow up care to patients as assigned by the Heart Center including providing medical and cardiac imaging management of pediatric and adult congenital patients that will include:
  • OR TTE and TEE coverage
  • Cardiac CT/MRI
  • Fetal echocardiogram
  • The Physician shall devote such time as may be reasonably necessary to cooperate with the efforts of the Heart Center in the management and governance of Heart Center activities
  • Physician shall exercise best efforts to keep Physician's skills and knowledge current with the best up to date practice in the Physician's field of practice by study of current medical literature and continuing medical education courses (CME)

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school (MD or DO)
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
  • Board eligible/board certified in Pediatric Cardiology at time of employment with additional advanced cardiac imaging training
  • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $428,000.00 - $470,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
