Job Summary


The Manager, Partner Sales is responsible for leading and scaling the Business Development Representative (BDR) function while designing and optimizing the technology and systems that power outbound prospecting and partner acquisition.


This role focuses on building a modern outbound lead generation infrastructure that supports scalable prospecting, automation, and data-driven targeting. The Manager will oversee BDR performance, implement AI-driven prospecting tools, and develop workflows that connect lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and outreach execution.


The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with technical expertise in modern prospecting technology, automation tools, and outbound infrastructure. This individual will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to continuously improve lead quality, outreach performance, and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead Generation Technology & Infrastructure

  • Own and optimize the outbound prospecting technology stack including sourcing platforms, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, and CRM integrations
  • Implement and manage AI-driven prospecting tools, automation workflows, and emerging outbound technologies
  • Build scalable systems connecting lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and outbound outreach execution
  • Continuously evaluate new sales technologies that improve prospect targeting, automation, and lead generation performance
  • Improve lead quality through enhanced data enrichment, filtering, and scoring methodologies


Outbound Prospecting Strategy

  • Design and refine multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies including email, phone, and other emerging outreach channels
  • Develop scalable prospecting workflows and automation processes to increase efficiency and outreach volume
  • Optimize prospect targeting using firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and industry data signals
  • Continuously test and refine targeting criteria, messaging strategies, and outbound sequences to improve engagement and conversion


BDR Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives executing outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Set, track, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including activity levels, meeting generation, and pipeline creation
  • Provide coaching and guidance on modern prospecting techniques, technology tools, and data-driven outreach methods
  • Conduct call reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to improve BDR effectiveness and productivity
  • Establish clear outbound processes, productivity standards, and accountability across the BDR team


Data Analytics & Pipeline Optimization

  • Track and analyze outbound funnel performance including lead quality, outreach conversion rates, and pipeline generation metrics
  • Develop reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance and prospecting effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve targeting, automation workflows, and lead qualification processes
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align outbound prospecting strategies with overall revenue goals
