Job description

  • Drive and build relationships with Deloitte as a leading Global System Integrator partner
  • Strengthen and expand the Snowflake-Deloitte collaboration to drive growth
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for partnership health and velocity
  • Drive growth with joint customers and deliver key go-to-market programs
  • Establish executive relationships and enable Deloitte to grow its Snowflake competency
  • Build comprehensive joint business plans covering the Americas across 2-3 sectors
  • Collaborate on joint GTM strategies, strategic objectives, and target markets or industries
  • Define joint industry solutions and offerings that showcase Snowflakeโ€™s value and differentiation
  • Achieve partnership goals, including sales quota and marketing activities, in a quota-carrying role
  • Inspire Deloitte to grow its Snowflake practice and evaluate expertise, capabilities, and delivery quality
  • Define certification growth plans and support partner enablement
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in the partner ecosystem
  • Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities, events, webinars, and content creation
  • Assist field teams with enterprise transformation deals, deal registration, reporting, proposal support, and leadership alignment

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology
  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflakeโ€™s System Integrators
  • Specific experience working with and building relationships with Deloitte
  • Ability to manage regional business plans and track and articulate partner progress
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Slack
  • Strong executive presence and polish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
  • Ability to comply with confidentiality and security standards and protect customer information
