Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate with management committee and collaborate with the HR centers of expertise and shared services to maximize operational efficiency.

  • Offer managers coaching and support in managing employees and achieving business objectives.

  • Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession, in line with the investment and operating budgets.

  • Establish the necessary training plan for employee development.

  • Provide coaching to supervisors in establishing objectives and compensation, reviewing performance, and building a skills development plan for all employees.

  • Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Responsible for employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

  • Ability to lead and influence change.

  • Identify the Human Resources needs of their unit and propose action plans for workforce planning.

  • Support other managers in the coaching of their staff and all employee relations matters.

  • Lead and support talent development and succession strategy.

  • Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees of its units.

  • Track and follow up with Key Performance Indicators pertaining to Human Resources.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources Management (manufacturing industry).

  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc.

  • Proven success in change management and knowledgeable of continuous improvement concepts to integrate in management.

  • Excellent ability to build and support a customer-focused culture based on a people-centric approach.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); ability to develop and understand reports.
