With over $160M raised and major expansion planned for 2026, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling company reshaping one of the world's largest industries.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, hands-on, and highly organized Operations Manager to optimize operational processes and coordinate Capture Services projects and on-site installation operations across the US and Europe.
The Operations Manager - Capture Services is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the global processes of capture services, alongside the operational management of the field installation domain in the US. The role focuses heavily on project management and internal process optimization, improving workflows, tracking capture service readiness for new projects and onboarding processes, coordinating between teams and vendors, and managing operational processes that support the scaling and standardization of global operations. This role does not include direct management of capture vendors or accountability for capture execution.
This position requires strong organizational and operational management skills, with a focus on process efficiency, execution visibility, and scalable operational workflows across global activities - including hands-on experience implementing and managing processes in Jira.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Own and maintain the Project Launch Gantt, tracking and managing project onboarding readiness end-to-end.
  • Drive global standardization and process documentation across capture service operations.
  • Support vendor recruitment efforts as needed to ensure project readiness.
  • Lead cross-team and cross-vendor coordination across all project phases.
  • Support Delivery On Time coordination in a non-direct capacity.
  • Implementation of processes in Jira

Operations Management
  • Own the operational management of Genda installers in the US, with end-to-end accountability for installation processes.
  • Build and continuously optimize global capture service processes and general workflows.
  • Manage operational logistics end-to-end, including equipment ordering, shipping, and handling of exceptional site requirements.
  • Own all compliance and insurance processes including COIs, safety documentation, permits, and site-specific requirements prior to first capture.

Requirements
  • Based in Austin, Texas with the ability to come into the office 2 days per week.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management & operations management, field operations, logistics, construction-tech, or vendor-driven operational environments.
  • Experience managing field teams, technicians, installers, or operational workforce activities in a hands-on environment.
  • Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Salesforce, spreadsheets, and structured reporting systems.
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-party execution processes.
  • Strong understanding of construction site environments and safety compliance processes.
  • Experience handling insurance documentation, permits, and operational paperwork - advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across regions.
  • Strong analytical mindset and using data to drive decisions with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Hebrew is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction documentation, field services, reality capture, or installation.
  • Experience working across the US and European markets.
  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting high-growth operational scaling across multiple regions.

Why Join Buildots
This role sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and process optimization - offering genuine variety and impact rather than a narrow functional lane. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations, as well as external vendors and customers, giving you broad organizational exposure from day one. And as Buildots continues to scale globally, you'll have a real opportunity to build and shape the operational processes that underpin that growth - not just execute them
We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you professionally and personally:
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match
  • Paid time off (vacation and sick leave)
  • Stock-option grants (for eligible employees)
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Pet insurance
  • Voluntary life insurance
  • Voluntary short-term & long-term disability coverage

To support our hiring process, we may leverage AI-powered tools for tasks such as application screening, resume analysis, and response evaluation. All decisions remain under the oversight of our recruitment team.
