Overview


Client First Technologies currently is seeking a Manager/Operations Manager (Program Manager), Senior in support of our government customer. The Manager/Operations Manager (Program Manager) serves as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort and is the primary interface between the contractor and government program authorities.


This position is full-time on-site at the government customer site in Patuxent River, MD.

Requirements:
  • Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort; serve as the primary interface with government program authorities on all technical and program/project issues
  • Oversee contractor execution of all task order requirements spanning data analytics, applications development, system administration, collaboration framework, and document management
  • Manage staffing, resources, and contractor performance; ensure personnel compliance with IT Level designation, security clearance, and CSWF training requirements
  • Ensure high quality and continuity of IT services across the enterprise; provide strategic planning for future technology initiatives
  • Oversee preparation and submission of all CDRLs including Personnel Locator Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, and Funds and Man-Hours Expenditure Reports
  • Must maintain a full-time, on-site presence at the government customer site in Patuxent River, MD during normal working hours


Qualifications

All qualifications are required unless specifically marked as preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or Master's Degree (MA/MS) in a business, technical, or engineering discipline or related field
  • More than ten (10) years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description
  • Works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the program; performs all functional duties independently; may oversee less senior staff
  • Education Substitution (non-degree options): Six (6) years of additional work experience related to the labor category functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree; alternatively, an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. An Associate's Degree requirement may be met with a High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years of additional work experience.



Physical Demands


  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required.



Required Clearances and Screenings


  • This position is subject to a government background investigation and requires an active SECRET security clearance. Candidates with a current DoD Tier 3/NACLC or equivalent background investigation (e.g., Active Secret) are preferred.
