Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ. The DPM will synchronize task order execution, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
  • Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
  • Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
  • Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
  • Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Act as PM designee when required.
Required Qualifications
  • PMP certification (required).
  • 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
  • Strong operational management and coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
  • Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missions.
  • Prior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies.
Required Education and Experience Equivalency
  • None specified.
