The Opportunity
  • Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor during peak moments, and coaching team members to maximize sales through needs-based service and strong product knowledge.

  • Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to influence sales targets and pivot team focus in the moment to meet business needs

  • Command the floor during peak segments, instilling a sense of urgency and high-energy 'bias for action' in your team to convert every opportunity into a win.

  • Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching to drive alignment and consistent sales, service, and operational performance.

  • Champion a customer-first culture that builds comfort, trust, and loyalty, driving repeat visits and meaningful connections with the Knix brand.

  • Maintain operational excellence through strong inventory, shipment, and loss-prevention practices, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across the team.

  • Support the hiring and onboarding process while taking a lead role in developing sales talent to create clear development pathways. 

  • Execute company and marketing initiatives - including in-store events, visual standards, and new store or pop-up support with consistency, agility, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a senior retail leader in an upscale, premium, or fashion-forward brand, with a strong balance of people leadership and business acumen to drive results.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment. Maintaining motivation, focus, and performance while adapting strategies to shifting business needs.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and lead through change with agility and confidence.

  • A people-first leader with a passion for developing others, building buy-in at all levels 

to understand KPIs, expectations, and their impact on results.

  • Deep understanding of operational excellence, including planning allocations, merchandising and product movement, labour management, and escalation handling to ensure seamless store execution.

  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to leverage systems, tools, and data to train teams, execute initiatives, and support consistent performance across the store.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older

  • Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25 lbs

  • Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.

  • Open and flexible availability to ensure business needs are met including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $55,000
