What You'll Do

As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple clinic locations while leading through a team of frontline leaders. You'll ensure patients receive an exceptional experience, providers have the support they need to deliver outstanding care, and clinics operate efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and frontline leaders while supporting the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.

  • Partner with physicians to optimize workflows, staffing, and service delivery while building strong, collaborative relationships.

  • Champion an exceptional patient experience by improving patient flow, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes.

  • Manage operational and financial performance, including budgets, productivity, staffing, and key performance metrics.

  • Oversee facility operations, equipment, supply management, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless clinic operations.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and provider credentialing.

  • Lead organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts while supporting teams through growth and change.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.

  • Experience leading managers or multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Demonstrated success managing operations, financial performance, physician partnerships, and employee engagement.

Compensation Range for this position:

$96,000.00 - $144,000.00
