Responsibilities
  • Drive Operational Excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve productivity, resource utilization, and cost effectiveness
  • Facilitate continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause, and structured problem‑solving methodologies
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, operating rhythms, and best practices that drive consistency and scalability
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem‑solving partner to operational leaders across markets and business units
  • Provide coaching and facilitation to help leaders close performance gaps and improve outcomes
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working through effective change management
  • Build relationships and influence change without direct authority, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics, scorecards, and dashboards that provide actionable insights
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support business reviews and track improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results, presenting findings to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, business transformation, consulting, performance improvement, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success leading operational improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders in a multi‑site or distributed operating environment
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree) preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
