DESCRIPTION
Eggs Up Grill is looking for hosts/hostesses for our brand-new location, in the Wedgewood Commons, on Goodman Road, in Olive Branch. A host/hostess at Eggs Up Grill creates a warm and welcoming environment for our guests from the moment they walk through our door. The host/hostess is the first person to greet our guests with a big smile and they are the last person to thank our guests, for choosing Eggs Up Grill, before they leave. A host/hostess can expect to open the door to greet guests, take To-Go orders, assist customers with picking up To-Go orders, maintain a wait list, ensure tables are ready prior to seating guests, monitor dining activity, inspect menus for cleanliness and assist servers when necessary. The ideal candidate has a warm, friendly, and personable demeanor. They are team players, effective communicators and keep their composure when working with all guests. Highly organized, a good host/hostess understands the flows of traffic and has exceptional time management and customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Eggs Up Grill is home to the whole neighborhood and has been serving smiles for more than 25 years. The aromas of freshly brewed coffee, savory bacon and hand-cracked, farm-fresh eggs and juicy burgers on the griddle, and warm, attentive team members will make you feel right at home.
