I have been with State Farm since 2017 and opened my agency in 2021. I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and proudly served for nine years in the United States Air Force and Mississippi Air National Guard. My wife, Anna, and I live in Germantown with our rescue dog, Olive. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Building relationships in our community is one of my favorite parts of the job. I serve as a Board Member for Collierville YoungLife and am a member of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce. Our agency has also been recognized through State Farm's Ambassador Club and Honor Club, and we're passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Davis McCord - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
