Responsibilities

We give you leads!

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Document each customer contact into Data
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
  • Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.

Compensation:You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and track record of success, as well as competitive commissions and bonuses.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years Insurance Sales experience
  • Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required
  • Farmers Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
