- Coordinates pricing structures and merchandise to meet warehouse and department sales goals.

- Enhance, optimize, and improve customer and vendor relationships.
- Sets the standards for employees on customer service, employee behavior, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in customer service needs in a prompt, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Generate inventory reports and recommends plan for product movement.
- Review and approve company assets and non-capital expenditures.
- Report specific details on financial performance and sales trends of Distribution Center.

- Assist in hiring, training, reviewing, and disciplining of employees.
