Automotive Lot Manager – McGrath Toyota of Iowa City

Location: Iowa City, IA
Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

McGrath Toyota of Iowa City is seeking a reliable and hands-on Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory, lot organization, and daily flow between departments. What You’ll Do

• Manage the layout, organization, and movement of vehicle inventory
• Oversee vehicle flow between sales, service, and delivery areas
• Maintain lot appearance, including cleanliness and seasonal upkeep
• Coordinate check-in of new and incoming vehicles, including inspections and tagging
• Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for customer delivery
• Assist with dealership events and operational needs
• Lead and support lot attendants, setting expectations for efficiency and professionalism
