McGrath Toyota of Iowa City is seeking a reliable and hands-on Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory, lot organization, and daily flow between departments. As part of the McGrath Family of Dealerships, we’ve built our reputation on delivering a professional, well-organized customer experience from the moment guests arrive.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading by example, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stay physically active throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Manage the layout, organization, and movement of vehicle inventory
• Oversee vehicle flow between sales, service, and delivery areas
• Maintain lot appearance, including cleanliness and seasonal upkeep
• Coordinate check-in of new and incoming vehicles, including inspections and tagging
• Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for customer delivery
• Assist with dealership events and operational needs
• Lead and support lot attendants, setting expectations for efficiency and professionalism
