A growing transportation and operational services organization is seeking an experienced Rail Terminal Manager to oversee a high-volume service location. This role is responsible for operational performance, workforce management, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, employee development, and financial oversight.

Operations & Site Performance:

  • Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive service delivery.
  • Monitor operational metrics, workforce utilization, productivity, and overall site performance.
  • Maintain accountability for operational performance and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader who actively supports field operations when business needs require.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Experience managing workforce scheduling, labor planning, performance metrics, budgets, customer relationships, and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams while maintaining productivity, safety, and operational standards.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or related field preferred.
