They need you, an experiencedย Software Development Manager, to join the growing team located in Austin, Texas. Please note, this is a HYBRID role based in Austin, TX.

-Manage a growing team of experienced software engineers working with C#/.NET

-Provide technical leadership to the development team and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices

-Create a diverse development team, taking ownership of recruiting, performance management, and career growth opportunities

-Lead multiple initiatives of various sizes simultaneously in this Kanban-style environment

What you need to succeed:

-2+ years of software team leadership/management experience

-4+ years of previous hands-on software development experience working with C#/.NET
