VP of Software Engineering

Global e-dentity, Inc. | Dallas, TX

$820,000 – $1,200,000 + significant equity

U.S. Security Clearance Required (U.S. Citizenship Mandatory)

We are building a privacy-first, on-device multimodal biometric identity platform that is replacing standalone facial recognition at TSA checkpoints while expanding into government, mobile voting, and banking programs across Asia, Africa, and beyond — with over 32 active sovereign and institutional clients.

Pre-IPO equity with options available, vesting begins on the one-year anniversary.

We are looking for a technical leader with a proven track record at Apple (or equivalent top-tier tech) to run engineering for this high-impact platform.

You will:
  • Set technical direction for on-device biometrics, security, and credential infrastructure
  • Build and lead an elite engineering organization in Dallas
  • Drive privacy-by-design architecture at global scale
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders at TSA and international clients
Ideal background:
  • Previous VP/Director or Senior Staff+ engineering leadership at Apple or similar
  • Deep expertise in on-device systems, biometrics, or secure identity platforms
  • Ability to attract and inspire world-class talentExperience with patents or highly regulated environments (biometrics, identity, aviation security) is highly valued. Familiarity with the company’s U.S. Patents (10,135,822; 10,547,611; 10,721,228; 10,880,303; 11,277,405; 11,368,455; and 11,374,929 and pending) is a plus.
