About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager of Software Development to lead a team of approximately 10 talented Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineers. In this role, you will drive technical excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with our strategic goals.
You will serve as both a technical leader and a people manager—empowering your team to grow, maintaining a culture of innovation and accountability, and ensuring the right balance between speed, quality, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership amp; People Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and career development guidance.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions.
Project amp; Delivery Management
  • Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA to ensure timely and successful delivery of software releases.
  • Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and manage competing demands across the team.
  • Ensure technical decisions align with business objectives and long-term architecture goals.
Technical Leadership
