The role...

At Soho House, the Recruitment Manager is responsible for collaborating with Head of Recruitment, The Americas to oversee new property openings and existing property hiring gaps, recruitment processes and partnerships. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with General Managers to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes and ensure that all Houses and properties are providing a positive candidate experience. Ultimately, the Recruitment Manager will support all recruitment to ensure Soho House is hiring the best and most qualified employees to maintain high Soho House standards.

Main Duties

  • Recruiting for roles at all levels across our expanding portfolio of houses, restaurants and shared working spaces
  • Proactive and reactive sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
  • Coaching and guiding managers to ensure smooth and positive recruitment journey
  • Working with the wider recruitment team on new opening strategy and high volume hiring
  • Managing internal recruitment process and applications
  • Providing feedback to all candidates
  • Lead external recruitment events - Careers fairs, Open days, etc.
  • Continually reviewing recruitment methods as the business expands to ensure constant improvement
  • Build a rapport with the teams at all levels both in operations and our support office
  • Training on recruitment practices for all hiring managers

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a recruitment manager
  • Experience of recruiting high volume within hospitality, shared working spaces, or retail
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
  • Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports
  • Ability to multitask
  • The ability to travel occasionally
