Our client, a leading contractor in Houston, Texas, is looking for you to join their team.

The Ideal Candidate Manage and coordinate Work Package Building Process Oversee document control, cost, engineering, scheduling, changes, delay analyses, etc. Conduct systems and WP readiness reviews Act as liaison between Field Office Personnel, Field Teams, and Corporate Project Teams Identify and communicate subcontractor progression issues to Project Management Serve as AWP champion for the project Ensure execution of all contract Controls deliverables Maintain integrations and structure in all systems Provide oversight of all Project Controls functions in accordance with SOPs and Contract Requirements Coordinate staff needs and manage daily operations Identify project progression issues and communicate to Project and Site Management Manage and coordinate material expediting from Procurement to Receipt of Materials Other Essential Functions Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of project controls management experience in construction Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and document control processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities FLSA CLASSIFICATION - EXEMPT: SALARIED | LOCATION: HOUSTON, TX |PIVOT WORKFORCE LLC.
