Job Description NC PreK Assistant Teacher -- Wilmington, North Carolina Your Role as a Pre-K Assistant Teacher: We are seeking passionate educators like YOU to assist the NC Pre-K Lead Teacher in overseeing classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education, and aligning with the objectives of the current NC Pre-K Curriculum. In this supportive role, you'll contribute to creating a nurturing and positive atmosphere for children and their families, helping to forge strong, supportive relationships. Your involvement will be crucial in assisting with the planning and implementation of learning experiences that promote various developmental domains, such as physical health, social-emotional growth, cognitive abilities, and creative expression.

You'll also play a key role in observing and assessing the children's development, aiding in the customization of the curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child. By joining our team as an assistant teacher, you'll be an integral part of our mission to guide young learners towards achieving their School Readiness Goals, ensuring a future filled with endless possibilities. Pay and benefits Pay: 16-19 per hour, based on experience and education.
