Position Summary
Avermore is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a disciplined operator who can scale the brand with intention while preserving its integrity.
The Sr. Manager of Development works in close partnership with the Founder and Head of Design to translate creative vision into a cohesive brand experience and a scalable business. This role is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and revenue while ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects the brand's quality, story, and positioning.
The right candidate will be equally comfortable working within a strong creative vision and continuing to bring structure,
clarity, and accountability required to grow the business.
Essential Job Duties
1. Brand Leadership & Demand Creation
  • Partner with Founder to translate design vision into a clear, compelling brand expression
  • Ensure consistency of voice, visual identity, and storytelling while protecting brand integrity. Lead strategies to drive awareness, desirability, and premium positioning.
  • Oversee social, content, PR, and partnerships to expand reach.

2. Digital Commerce & Customer Experience
  • Own performance and evolution of the website, including merchandising and UX Drive traffic, conversion, and AOV through continuous optimization.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and communication flows

3. Revenue & Performance Management
  • Own revenue and margin across digital and retail channels
  • Define and track KPIs (conversion, CAC, AOV, etc.)
  • Balance short-term growth with long-term brand equity

4. Experiential & Retail Execution
  • Lead trunk shows, events, and retail activations to elevate brand experience
  • Partner with retail teams to strengthen product storytelling and selling tools

5. Operations & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Collaborate across marketing, e-commerce, manufacturing, and external partners
  • Oversee creative production, campaigns, and alignment with product and sales
  • Bring structure to planning, timelines, and execution
  • Manage product development, production, inventory, and fulfillment processes
  • Maintain systems and operational rigor across workflows and financials

Qualifications
  • Experience in luxury or premium consumer brands
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a brand and drive measurable sales results
  • Experience working in founder-led or design-driven businesses preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and performance optimization
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and respect for brand integrity
  • High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
