As the Senior Associate, Internal Communications, you will help manage and maintain Guidehouse's internal communications channels to shape how information is shared, understood, and experienced across our global employee population. This will deliver highquality, engaging communications across email, intranet, digital signage, and other channels in support of business priorities and employee engagement.

Primary areas of responsibility will include:

  • Own and execute the weekly global internal newsletter, including content planning, drafting, editing, and production. Partner closely with internal communications team members and cross functional stakeholders to curate timely, relevant content.

  • Support and continuously improve the company intranet, The Hub, including content maintenance, governance, and enhancements that improve usability and engagement.

  • Develop compelling employee focused content that brings the Guidehouse brand and narrative to life, including employee spotlights, employee network deliverables, and culture driven features.

  • Ensure message alignment by positioning all communications within the context of Guidehouse's brand, reputation, and strategic priorities, while maintaining a trusted, engaging, and authentic voice.

  • Measure and optimize performance across internal communications channels by tracking engagement metrics, reporting results, and adjusting tactics to improve effectiveness and drive business outcomes.

  • Support overall internal communications operations and staffing, contributing to efficient workflows, collaboration, and delivery in a fast paced environment.

What You Will Need:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple internal communications channels and report on engagement.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Experience managing an employee intranet or digital workplace platform, including experience applying UX/UI best practices to intranet environments, with a focus on usability, content structure, and employee experience.

  • Four (4)+ years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
