Position Title: Director of Infrastructure & Operations
Location: Westwood, MA (Hybrid โ€“ 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month C2H)

We are seeking an experienced Director of Infrastructure & Operations to lead the organization''s enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, data center operations, network engineering, end-user computing, IT service management, and cybersecurity operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving modernization initiatives while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across a global technology environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive Infrastructure & IT Operations experience.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure teams.
  • Experience managing hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft 365
    • Active Directory / Entra ID
    • VMware
    • Windows Server
    • Enterprise Networking
    • Storage & Backup
    • Disaster Recovery
  • Experience implementing ITIL best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
  • Strong project management and vendor management experience.
  • Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
  • Experience supporting multiple domestic and international locations.
