Position Summary

ThePatient Care Services Managerprovides leadership using Asante Guiding Values to one or more clinical areas and/or services. The primary purpose of the position is to coordinate available resources, assist in the management and guide the strategic direction of the department, and assure accountability of health care professionals to support delivery of superb health care services.

Position Qualifications

Experience

  • 5 years of progressive nursing experience, including formal leadership, is required. Preferably related to the area of specialty.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor's in related field- preferred

Certification/Licensure

  • Registered Nurse (RN) by the Oregon State Board of Nursing is required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
  • CNML: Certified Nurse Manager Leader by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL)- preferred
