Job description

Job Summary

As the Manager of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Sorenson’s customer base and increasing revenue across CaptionCall business units. In this position, you will design, support, and implement marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty.

You will also identify new market opportunities, conduct A/B testing, and apply growth techniques to rapidly scale marketing initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. Collaboration with a wide range of cross-functional teams—such as sales, product, customer care, operations, and data science—is essential to your success. Your primary goal is to support and develop scalable and repeatable methods for acquiring and retaining customers while maximizing ROI and driving sustainable business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Marketing Strategy: Design and support tailored marketing campaigns for different stages of the customer journey, optimizing each touchpoint for engagement and conversion.
  • Test and Learn Approach: Conduct A/B testing on marketing materials to determine the most effective versions, enhancing overall campaign performance.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and assess the effectiveness of marketing tactics, providing actionable insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, effective, and delivered on time.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report campaign progress and results to stakeholders, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with teams and leadership.
  • Trend Integration: Stay informed on the latest marketing technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions to enhance strategies.
  • Content Marketing: Leverage knowledge of content marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all marketing campaigns are submitted for compliance review to meet legal and regulatory standards.

Education

Minimum:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree

 

Experience

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, for managing marketing workflows.
  • Ability to analyze web traffic and user behavior via Google Analytics to inform marketing strategy.
  • Ability to test and evaluate multiple variables to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
