Job Description: As a Dental Technician CAD/CAM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the CAD/CAM operations within our dental laboratory. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure the efficient use of software and technology to create high-quality dental prosthetics and restorations. Your role will include both technical and managerial responsibilities, with a focus on optimizing workflows, training staff, and ensuring the quality of outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of CAD/CAM technicians, ensuring high standards of work and productivity. Provide mentorship and training to foster continuous improvement.
  • CAD/CAM System Management: Oversee the operation of CAD/CAM software and equipment, including Exocad, 3Shape, and other relevant technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the design and fabrication of crowns, bridges, implants, full arch hybrids and other dental restorations.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality standards are met for all dental restorations, conducting regular checks and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and track multiple projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with dentists and dental professionals to understand specific case requirements and provide technical support when needed.
  • Innovation & R&D: Stay up to date with emerging technologies in dental CAD/CAM and recommend new tools or processes that can enhance our capabilities.

Qualifications:
