Summary

As the Director of Community Engagement at Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining and enhancing connections and community engagement in our surrounding community. This position is essential in ensuring that our communities are engaged in the surrounding community through events, community support, and networking.

This is a great opportunity for someone with prior community engagement, customer service, marketing, and/or hospital liaison experience that can translate to truly impact our communities' connections and census. We are looking for this individual to drive community engagement to create a network of connections and leads that will impact our communities' census through community marketing efforts including but not limited to community events, community partnerships and social media efforts.

This position has a starting negotiable salary of $50,000.00 annually

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation. This position does require both internal, at facility, and external marketing and business development responsibilities.

  • Oversee the arrival experience for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our communities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential residents.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the needs of prospective residents and their families can be met.
  • Conduct tours of the facilities for prospective residents and their families, highlighting our services and community culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to track progress and outcomes.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote our communities and engage with potential clients.
