Position Summary

The Director of Community Relations, Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving and maintaining high occupancy through strategic marketing, relationship building, tours, and consistent follow-up with prospective residents and referral sources. Working closely with the Executive Director, this role plays a critical part in the overall success and growth of the community.

This position requires strong self-motivation, organization, and accountability, with a focus on results, professionalism, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and maintain high occupancy through effective sales and marketing efforts

  • Conduct community tours and build strong relationships with prospective residents and families

  • Manage and follow up on all leads in a timely, professional manner

  • Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners

  • Plan and host community events and marketing activities

  • Track sales activity and pipeline progress consistently

  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion to support timely move-ins

  • Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in senior living sales and marketing required

  • Proven ability to drive occupancy and manage a sales pipeline

  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional demeanor

  • Ability to build trust quickly with families, residents, and referral partners
