DCCA, a veteran-owned information technology services provider, seeks a Director of Business Development (BD) to grow our Intelligence-focused professional services business. This role leads all Intelligence agency business development activities from opportunity identification to award, encompassing new business identification, customer engagement and relationship management, industry engagement, opportunity qualification, strategy development, pipeline management, capture support, and proposal support.

Collaborate with the DCCA Chief Growth Officer, the Defense & Intelligence Division’s Senior Vice President, line, and functional resources to develop market strategies and new business opportunities aligned with corporate goals. Work closely with line, growth, and functional resources to implement effective capture strategies for all opportunities within the Defense & Intelligence Division Intelligence portfolio.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years of engineering, program management, or government sales/marketing experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and capturing new prime business opportunities >$50M in the U.S. Intelligence market.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer and industry relationships across the U.S. Intelligence domain.
  • Development of market strategies and long‑range business plans.
  • Execution of effective capture strategies.
  • Comprehensive and timely pipeline management.
  • Successful interaction with customers and industry partners to enhance competitive position.
  • Experience with Multiple Award ID/IQ task order type contracts.
Compensation

Maryland salary range $195,000 – $270,000; final salary based on experience and qualifications.
